19th International Bill Fishing Tournament
The IGY Rodney Bay Marina will this year proudly host the Saint Lucia Game Fishing Association’s (SLGFA) annual Billfish Tournament.
The 19th International Billfish Tournament, to be held September 28th to October 2nd is hosted by the SLGFA in collaboration with IGY Rodney Bay and Digicel.
Over 100 anglers from throughout the Caribbean and from the US are expected to take part in the event which will feature activities on and off the water.
Activeities include:
Monday, September 28th
Arrival and Registration from 12:00 pm
Captain’s Briefing at 7:00 pm
Tuesday, September 29th
Breakfast at Café Ole from 5 :30 am
Bimini start at 7:00 am
Fishing from 7:30 am—4:00 pm
Music/Drink at the docks from 5:00 pm
Wednesday, September 30th
Breakfast at Café Ole from 5 :00 am
Boats leave at 6:00 am
Fishing from 7:00—4:00 pm
Music/Drinks at the docks from 5:00 pm
Thursday, October 1st
Layday: 1:00 pm to ???
Brunch and activities at
IGY Rodney Bay Marina, Gros Islet
Friday, October 2nd
Breakfast at Café Ole from 5 :00 am
Boats leave at 6:00 am
Fishing from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Awards Cocktail Party at 7:30 pm
Gros Islet Street Party from 9:00 pm
