SAINT LUCIA FOOD & RUM FESTIVAL

 

12 to 14 January, 2018 

Saint Lucia Food & Rum presents the inaugural Caribbean Rum Awards in partnership with Caribbean Journal. This competition will give fine rum producers the opportunity to have their creations sampled by an expert judging panel as well as local, regional and international rum fanatics.

Rodney Bay Culinary Experience 

Some of Saint Lucia's best restaurants will offer sampling booths, featuring an array of rum infused treats and rum paired menu options. The lively night scene on the Rodney Bay strip will be taken up a few notches with extended hours and live entertainment.

Gala Dinner

Award-Winning Chef, Restaurateur, Author and TV Personality Marcus Samuelsson presents a Saint Lucian twist on his menu from President Obama's first State Dinner. Chef Samuelsson will be assisted by a brilliant team of Saint Lucian chefs. This evening of glamour and fine dining will also feature quality live entertainment.

Food & Rum Experience 

The weekend peaks at historic Pigeon Island National Landmark  where restaurateurs, chefs and rum makers will present the most delectable fare, including their own rum infused creations. The festival day will feature sampling booths, live cooking demonstrations, rum tastings and a live concert.
