SAINT LUCIA TOURISM AUTHORITY
The newly established Saint Lucia Tourism Authority is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – Responsible for working closely with the Board of Directors, providing overall management of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, including oversight of the development of the Authority’s marketing, product development and destination services, general administration, financial management and strategic planning and research.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER - Responsible for developing and implementing the Authority’s marketing and branding strategy and for developing and leading the marketing team.
CHIEF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & DESTINATION SERVICES OFFICER - Responsible for developing and implementing the Authority’s strategy for product development and destination services and for developing and leading the destination services team.
CHIEF STRATEGIC PLANNING AND RESEARCH OFFICER - Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the Industry and the Authority’s strategic planning and research and leading the strategy and research team.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the finance and accounting functions of the Authority.
CHIEF CORPORATE OFFICER – Serving as the Secretary to the Board of Directors, and responsible for overseeing the effective administration of corporate services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies and safe custody of official documents.
