The newly established Saint Lucia Tourism Authority is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions:


DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER –  Under the guidance of the CMO, develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to generate interest in Saint Lucia and drive visitor arrivals. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest digital marketing technologies and social media.


MARKETING MANAGER - Responsible for assisting the Chief Marketing Officer in the implementation of  the Authority’s marketing and branding strategy.


SALES MANAGER - Under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer, take primary responsibility for the inbound and outbound sales activities, presentation and promotions including supporting the overseas offices in their execution of sales campaigns and promotions.  


SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - Responsible for ensuring that accounting functions are being carried out professionally and in accordance with established standards, including the preparation of monthly financial reports, annual budgets and other financial statements.


EXECUTIVE SECRETARY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT - Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate office by providing administrative support to the office of the CEO and the Board of Directors.
