Saint Lucia (July 11, 2012) – Saint Lucia is serving up another helping of the Summerlicious program this season featuring reduced prix fixe lunch and dinner summer menus at some of the finest restaurants island-wide. From now until September 30, patrons can sample a two course lunch for US$19-$24 and a three course dinner for US$35, $46 or $54. In addition, all meals include a signature cocktail made with Saint Lucia’s award winning Chairman’s Reserve Rum.
“Summerlicious offers a unique chance to experience the island’s varied cuisine,” said Louis Lewis, Director of Tourism for the Saint Lucia Tourist Board. “Saint Lucia has a diverse culinary scene featuring exceptional local products and award-winning chefs, and now through September, visitors will have even more incentives to take a bite for themselves.”
Hotels and restaurants participating in Summerlicious 2012 include both small and large properties and are located throughout the island from Cap Estate in the north to Vieux Fort in the south.
Participating restaurants include: Jacques Waterfront Dining, Fire Grill, Starfish, Buzz Restaurant, Rainforest Hideaway, La Terrasse, Big Chef Steak House, Spice of India, Fox Grove Inn and Doolittles.
