The festival is produced by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority in collaboration with the Cultural Development Foundation and the Events Company of Saint Lucia.
Community Jazz with Creole elements will take place in Vieux Fort on May 1st , May 4thin Fond D’or and Babonneau, May 5thin Soufriere, and May 7thin Monchy.
Mainstage events will be hosted at Mindoo Phillip Park, Pavilion on the Ramp - Rodney Bay, and Pigeon Island National Park.
The festival is scheduled to take place from April 30th to May 12th, 2024.
The festival will feature a diverse lineup of local and international artists spanning genres of Afro beats, jazz, rock, gospel, Soca, reggae, Zouk, pop, and an array of cultural beats and exciting rhythms. Visit the “Lineup” section of the website for details.
Art and the City, a vibrant cultural event, features unique elements such as Art Square at the Derek Walcott Square, Theatre & Dance at the National Cultural Centre, Art is Sacred at The Cathedral, Spoken Word at La Place Carenage Waterfront, and Conversations at UWI Open Campus, offering diverse artistic expressions, performances, and enlightening discussions.
Additionally, Renowned Saint Lucian artist Llewellyn Xavier presents his largest exhibition, showcasing over 1000 exclusive pieces, including "Poems from Saint Lucia," "Cold Fire," and "The Saint Lucia Chronicles." As a multimedia artist, Xavier's exhibition is the largest one-man show in Saint Lucia's history, with works housed in renowned global institutions.
