TRAVEL REGISTRATION FORM
All persons traveling to Saint Lucia are required to complete the appropriate sections of this TRAVEL REGISTRATION FORM. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the completed form. All persons must print and travel with a copy of their completed registration form.
Nationals and residents are required to spend 14 days at a State Quarantine Facility, for which there are no associated fees. If confirmation at a Government Quarantine Facility has not been granted prior to travel, and if approval has not been granted for home quarantine, you will be required to spend the quarantine period (14 days) at a hotel that is compliant with the COVID 19 protocols, at your own cost.
Home Quarantine is approved in accordance with the Emergency Powers (Disasters) (COVID 19) (Curfew) (No.10) Order, Statutory Instrument No. 111A of 2020. All quarantine arrangements must be approved and confirmed in advance of travel.
Visitors arriving from outside the Designated Travel Bubble must have a confirmed reservation with a certified accommodation provider for the duration of their stay in Saint Lucia or approval to board and stay on a vessel. Visitors must remain at their Certified Accommodation for the duration of their stay in Saint Lucia except in the event of medical emergencies, or to participate in water based tours or for return travel. Visitors with accommodation on board a vessel must comply with the quarantine requirements and protocols and remain on board for 14 days.
