Cancellation Policy - For stays between August 26th - December 18th, 2024, and January 3rd – December 18th, 2025, cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days, a 3-night cancellation penalty applies. For stays between December 19th – 26th, 2024, cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund. For cancellations within 90 days, a 100% cancellation penalty applies. No shows are subject to full cost of stay penalty.

Full prepayment will be taken 20 days before arrival on the credit card used to guarantee, which must be presented upon check-in. Cancelling Your Reservation: Cancel 20 days prior free of charge; 75% charge for any cancellations received before 3 days in advance; 100% charge within 3 days of arrival. No-show arrivals and Premature departures are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. Modifying Your Reservation: Amendment requests on the duration of stay or stay dates, if put forward less than 14 days before 2 pm (local hotel time) of the confirmed arrival date will result in a rate change and penalty charges may apply. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. We suggest travel insurance is taken out.

BOOKING POLICY: A three night deposit is required at the time of confirming. The balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received via email 46 days prior to arrival. Deposits are forfeited for modifications, cancellations or no shows received within 45 days of arrival. Credit Refunds due to reservation cancellation are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Equivalent to 3 nights’ accommodation if we are advised less than 21 days before the intended arrival date. All “non-refundable” offers must be adhered to. Should guests leave the resort prior to their original departure date, the charge will be equal to a maximum of 3 unused nights.
