What is the name of the programme?

The programme is called HELEN’S REWARDS.

Can trips prior to the launch date be considered?

For visitors who qualify, any visit to Saint Lucia after January 1st 2020 will be considered.

How do I apply?

Complete the application form at www.stlucia/org/helensrewards. You will need to provide details of any trips to be considered (immigration stamps in your passport, detials of accommodation reservations etc).

How do I/will I be required to prove that I have visited?

For each trip to be considered, you will need to upload passport entry stamps and/or hotel reservations, flight details – as much information as possible.

What are the “levels” or tiers?

Gold – A minimum of 3 visits and up to 5 visits

Diamond – 6 or 7 visits

Platinum – 8 or more visits

How will I receive my card/gifts/offers?

Once we have verified your visits, we will create a membership card and it will be available for collection from the SLTA office at the port of entry for your next visit.

Who is entitled to the discounts?

The card entitles the card holder to the relevant discounts, however these may be extended to a group at the discretion of the provider. Arrangements that include anyone other than the cardholder MUST be confirmed ahead of time. 

Will bookings through a tour operator be considered?

Yes, if the individual has visited the required number of times.

Do travel agents and media qualify?

Travel agents and media who are on holiday, and not on a private or SLTA fam can qualify. 

Are points considered?

No.

Do you qualify if you own a holiday home or timeshare in Saint Lucia?

Yes.
