Castries, August 26, 2025 – As part of its strategic vision to revamp operations and expand its global reach, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) is pleased to announce new representation in its French and German-speaking markets. These partnerships will enhance the Authority’s ability to connect with key stakeholders, elevate the destination’s profile, and drive increased visitation to Saint Lucia.

Group Expression has been appointed as the French Representative, leading more than a decade of marketing and communications consultancies, founded and led by Stéphanie Picon and Virginie Le Norgant. Based in Paris, the firm brings together a team of 25 passionate experts across marketing, sales, media relations, public relations, and digital communication.

With over 50 international clients in the travel and lifestyle sectors, GroupExpression leverages extensive industry expertise and is a founding member of the Travel Lifestyle Network, a global alliance of 20 independent agencies operating across more than 31 markets.

For Saint Lucia, a dedicated team led by Laure Le Cornec, Director of the Destination Department, will oversee efforts to strengthen the island’s visibility and appeal in the French market.

In the German-speaking markets (DACH), Saint Lucia will be represented by Fame Creative Lab, a boutique communications agency based in Frankfurt. Led by Managing Partners Karin Luize de Carvalho and Isabell Böck, the agency specializes in tourism and lifestyle, blending creative vision with an extensive international network. Karin also serves as Vice-President of AGK (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Karibik e.V.), the official Caribbean Tourism Promotion Association for the region, underscoring the agency’s commitment to advancing Caribbean tourism.

Operating under the motto “No one does fame better than we do,” Fame Creative Lab is recognized for innovative, tailored PR and marketing services. The team expressed enthusiasm for the partnership:
