Caribreeze House policy is an agreement between Guests and Host, immediately after the booking was completed, whether Guests read the policy or not. VISITOR POLICY: Absolutely no visitors allowed. SECURITY, SAFETY & ENERGY: Surveillance cameras are installed outside the property for safety purposes. Caribreeze is not responsible for Guests personal items gone missing. Close and lock windows and entrance doors before retiring to bed or leaving the house. To prevent ceiling fans from overheating, which can cause major roof fires, give them a break by turning them off when not needed. Turn off lights, ceiling fans, standing fan, AC unit etc. before going to bed or leaving the property. Caribreeze is not responsible for outages concerning WIFI, electricity, water etc. We are limited only to contacting the local service providers, to sort out these issues. NEIGHBOURHOOD: This house is located in a small neighborhood. Landlord is not responsible for what neighbours do on their property. Earplugs are available if needed. Guests have access to the front yard and the front yard only. AC OPERATIONS/VENTILATION: (Complimentary) AC is available in the bedroom at night only. Large ceiling fans are placed inside the living room and kitchen areas. SIGNAGE: Follow signage posted inside the house to prevent inconvenience. For example: windows and doors in the bedroom must be closed before the AC unit turns on. AC unit will automatically turn off and not turn on again, the following night, if this is not done. AMENITIES: We only provide the basic amenities posted online on our listing. Guests are responsible for purchasing any extra amenities required for the duration of the stay. HEALTH & HYGIENE: Place garbage inside blue container located outside the front yard, under the palm trees. Cleaning products are available in the kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely No Smoking Indoors. LAUNDRY: Laundry is available only twice per week and once for less than a week stay. Contact landlord one day before the chosen laundry day, so the washing machine can be turned on. Washing machine will be turned off after, at 6pm. WI-FI USAGE: Turn off WI-FI devices that are not in use. We recommend using a maximum of one wi-fi device at once, to help keep wi-fi speed at its best. SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: Report defective, or broken furniture, appliances immediately to the host.
