This culinary event, included in the SLTA’s calendar to celebrate Saint Lucia Carnival 2023, promises to delight food enthusiasts with an exceptional staging of the island’s vibrant culinary scene.

The Saint Lucia Foodie Fortnight aims to encourage both locals and visitors to explore the diverse culinary offerings available on the island while providing them with an opportunity to discover new dining experiences. This initiative is expected to enhance visitors’ stays in Saint Lucia and generate economic benefits for the local communities. The Foodie Fortnight truly reflects the SLTA’s commitment to promoting the island’s rich gastronomic heritage, offering residents and visitors alike the chance to indulge in the exquisite creations and flavors offered by Saint Lucia’s top restaurants.

Throughout the event, participating restaurants across the island will entice guests with specially curated prix-fixe menus and cocktails that highlight the talents and creativity of their chefs.
